Catfish Skewers

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kg of catfish

500g of smoked bacon

30 cherry tomatoes

Tabasco

Cayenne pepper

Paprika

Salt and pepper

 

Step 1: Prepare your skewers by alternating catfish, cut into regular cubes, cherry tomatoes, smoked bacon, and onion.

Step 2: Marinate the skewers (for at least 4 hours) in spicy olive oil. (Tabasco, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper).

Step 3: Grill the skewers over a wood fire, turning them regularly.
