Ingredients for 4 people:

Salt and pepper

20 scallops

15 cl of cream

 

Step 1: Sauté the seasoned scallops for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Step 2: Meanwhile, heat the fresh cream.

Step 3: Flambé with cognac. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Deglaze with the fresh cream.
